This traditional lunch restaurant in Istanbul serves the city’s best—and most coveted—kofte, or Turkish meatballs. Kofteci Huseyin is a casual family-run restaurant that opened in 1958. There is limited indoor and outdoor seating, but the meatballs are worth the stop, especially for travelers wandering the Beyoǧlu neighborhood.
