L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, St. Barth

There’s no missing the fire engine-red shutters outside this two-story restaurant overlooking the harbor in buzzy Gustavia. Inside, the ground floor of L’Atelier offers modern counter- or bar-style seating, with dark woods, chic red and black bar stools, all designed around the kitchen so you can observe the goings on. We recommend a table upstairs by an open-air window with views of the harbor on “Le Rooftop." Either way, the menu aims to please, with plenty of Robuchon classics.
