Chef Olivier Jean stands (literally) tall at the helm of the kitchens at The Woodward, creating equally theatrical dishes under modern and whimsical glass cloches with an attentive, vibrant staff that truly seem to enjoy their jobs in this exciting culinary environment. After spending years in Paris, Tokyo, New York, Shanghai, Las Vegas and Miami, Geneva marks the first Swiss address for Jean.
