In Khmer, lum orng means ‘pollen,’ in a nod to the plant grain’s role in fertilizing and giving life.
The first official farm-to-table restaurant in Cambodia, this buzzy (and relatively new) opening in Siem Reap is located in a beautiful space around 15 minutes out of town via tuktuk. The owner and chef Sothea Seng prepares New Mekong Cuisine from Cambodia and serves a modern and inventive tasting menu with approximately seven courses ranging in price.
