Filipino chef Margarita Forés self identifies as ”Italian in a past life,” and provides solid supporting evidence at Lusso, her Italian restaurant in Makati’s chic Greenbelt Mall. Its name means "luxury” in Italian, and it is a popular spot for pastas (spaghettini with bottarga; tagliatelle with porcini; etc.) as well as signature mains like lamb shank osso buco.
