Often considered Bali’s best restaurant (and the closest thing you’ll get to a Michelin-type experience in Indonesia), Mozaic serves locally sourced and unpretentious yet exquisite plates that are likely to please any palate. While the menu has many options for fish- and meat-lovers, the chefs are quick on their feet and are particularly known for creating superb vegan and vegetarian alternatives.

Reserve at least three days ahead, and ask for a table in the torchlit garden.
