Opened in early 2023, Nahita is the fine dining restaurant from the hotel Argos in Cappadocia. The menu is crafted mainly from products sourced within a 40-mile radius, while its 25,000-bottle wine cellar has a global selection. Diners here will learn of the prominent place pastrami holds in Cappadocia’s regional heritage through creative Anatolian cuisine, like the one-of-a-kind pastrami hummus. The appreciation for tradition is on view in the design as well: your table, for example, might be perched on a glass floor just above an excavated tandoori oven.
