Eden Roc and Nobu Miami’s Nobu outpost draws a younger, sometimes celebrity-studded crowd thanks to chef and co-owner Nobu Matsuhisa’s cuisine, which is the real appeal. The chef is known for sourcing fresh local fish, and there are plenty to choose from on the menu here, along with specialty dishes such as rock shrimp, creamy spicy crab and the signature black cod with miso. Vegans will also be happy here. Reservations accepted for parties of six or more.
