Austrian-Greek chef Konstantin Filippou has been awarded a Michelin star for his eponymous formal restaurant, but the next door O Boufés is a more paired down experience. The bistro specializes in small plates celebrating chef’s two nationalities: charcuterie and gherkins are served alongside fava bean puree with bacon and tuna crudo with anchovy marinade might be followed by slow-braised pork cheek. There are excellent bio-dynamic Austrian wines on offer and lovely wait staff who can make inspired recommendations.
