Helmed by a team of local female chefs from the lauded Sansouchi cooking school, this restaurant puts a unique spin on traditional Moroccan cuisine with their seasonal six-course tasting menu. Steeped in Morocco’s diverse heritage, dishes may include a prawn ceviche, followed by slow-cooked lamb with apricots and finished with a rose-infused panna cotta. To keep the tasting menu creative, the Sansouchi cooking school constantly brings in guest chefs for collaborations and has been known to use such unconventional ingredients as camel. The interiors are whimsical, yet traditional with hanging lamps, gilded mirrors and orange painted walls.
