Known for their Bloody Mary topped with wasabi foam and rimmed with Hawaiian black sea salt, the St. Regis Bar is a fantastic spot for après ski or after-dinner drinks. They have a good wine and cocktail list (the ginger margarita is a highlight) and an outdoor gazebo with heaters. There is also an outdoor fire garden overlooking the mountains where every evening a staff member shares a bottle of Clicquot Champagne with guests and regales the story of Madame Clicquot. For those not staying at the St. Regis, the bar is accessible by a three-minute scenic funicular ride.
