Indigo

The setting of this elegant eatery, adjacent to the hotel pool and in an enclave surrounded by palm trees lit with Christmas tree lights, is enough to make guests forget they are not dining oceanside. The cuisine is continental, and though it might serve a menu that would be more appropriate in New York (or at least Miami) such specialties as the burrata and roasted peaches appetizer do not disappoint. On Friday nights, the restaurant turns into a dance party with a dj spinning until 2am live bands play on Saturday and Sunday nights.
