Inside Bulgari Hotel Tokyo, this eight-seater omakase restaurant serves excellent multi-course meals of sushi, sashimi and nigiri. Chefs work their magic behind the counter, where all diners have a front-row view of the action—from scooping rice out of heaping wooden bowls to slicing massive tuna filets. More than a dozen sake labels are available for pairings.
Sushi Hoseki only has eight seats, so availability is limited and reservations fill up fast.
Lunch: 12.00 pm to 2.00 pm (Tuesday, Friday, Saturday)
Dinner: 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm and 8.30 pm to 10.30 pm
