Don't be put off by the simple, almost basic, interiors of this acclaimed eatery in St. Moritz. The traditional cuisine and warm service make up for the somewhat sparse setting. This is the place to try really local dishes, like Venezianer (liver cooked with onions), pizzoccheri (a carb-bomb of buckwheat pasta, potatoes and cheese) or any of the grilled meats (the grill sits in the center of the restaurant).
