This Japanese hot spot (the flagship is located in London) has sake bottle-decorated walls, a terrace and lovely Bosphorus views. The menu is innovative Japanese with a few Turkish additions. It’s in the Radisson Blu Hotel and reservations, especially for dinner, are highly recommended and best planned with plenty of advance.
