James Ducker apprenticed at John Lobb and makes custom shoes for Gieves and Hawkes. The process involves making a wooden model of your foot and choosing skins and styles and then a few month’s wait. The result is a pair of shoes that will last decades and be so comfortable that it will be hard to go back to store bought.
