Argued to be the best cheese shop in town, Formatgeria La Seu is located in the Barri Gòtic neighborhood. It is presided over by Spanish artisanal cheese specialist and Scottish expat Katherine McLaughlin. The small brick-lined space is full of her marvelous selection of small-production cheeses from all over Spain. Tastings with a small pour of wine are available.
