The shop is a marvel in itself, with paneled ceilings, Venetian lacquered furniture and ceramics from the 15th to the late 18th centuries. The textiles, masks and accessories can be had at cheaper prices than in the UK and U.S.

First Look: Venice’s Violino d’Oro
