Inspired by the local design in Amsterdam, where Woonwinkel’s owners spent a few years, this store sells a curated selection of well-made goods for the home. Meaning “home shop” in Dutch, Woonwinkel stocks smartly designed products like corkscrews, chopsticks and cozy blankets, as well as kids toys and home furnishings. Two favorite finds during a recent visit included Bend wire bar stools and a pineapple-shaped night light.
