The ground floor Il Caffe has both indoor and outdoor seating, serving authentic Italian fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner (and the requisite Aperol spritz), while Il Ristorante from Chef Niko Romito serves fine-dining Italian on the fifth floor for lunch and dinner daily (with impressive views over the monumental tomb of Emperor Augustus). Grab bubbles at the Champagne Bar, cocktails at Bulgari Bar or a drink for each hand in one of the lush-encapsulated cabanas on the rooftop La Terrazza.
