Lily of the Valley has found perfect harmony with the sky, sea and the land via the Cap Lardier estate surrounding the property. Located on top of Gigaro Hill in La Croix-Valmer, the property is surrounded by vineyards, stunning natural beauty, and is a short walk from Gigaro Beach (for perspective, the village of La Croix-Valmer is about a 30-minute drive from St. Tropez).

The hotel partnered with French designer Philippe Starck to create the exquisite interior and exterior designs. Taking inspiration from the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, Starck’s vision is immediately evident upon setting foot in the hotel’s tiered gardens of lush greenery.

Inside, the rooms have views of the sea or the protected Domaine du Cap Lardier forest, and the palette of materials combines sleek marble with exposed brick, and exotic, dark woods with natural leather.

The hotel has two large pools: one in the hotel’s main building, which also houses a combined lounge, bar and restaurant, and the other, a 25-meter lap pool located in The Village. This is focal point of the resort; an area devoted to health and wellness and home to the hotel’s fitness center, seven consultation and treatment rooms, two saunas, a large hammam and a snow shower. Lily also offers bespoke wellness programs to its guests that are devised by a team of health experts. From individual treatments to personalized walks, hikes, training or yoga classes, the sport coaches create tailored experiences to suit each guest.

In addition to Lily’s main restaurant, which serves Mediterranean cuisine, The Village houses a health-focused restaurant that offers healthy food with vegan, gluten free and vegetarian options.
