Rough cut stone and wood walls frame the stylish collection of plush orange settees and large chocolate leather chairs. A warm fire glows and attentive staff serve up a tantalizing array of cocktails and excellent wines. In summer the heavy French doors open out onto the terrace for drinks under the stars. Despite the swank surroundings, Fifty Two 80 keeps up a relaxed mountain vibe and occasionally features such talented local musicians as the Hair Farmers, who are as comfortable playing in the Four Seasons as at Dusty’s Backside Barbeque.
