Chef Yannick Alléno’s three-Michelin-starred 1947 is the only restaurant in Courchevel to hold this distinction. It's open for dinner only and has just five tables, making it a very intimate dining experience. Dinner can be ordered à la carte or from a tasting menu with pescatarian and vegetarian options.
